Method
Mix together the yoghurt and the protein powder together well. Separate into two bowls. Add the matcha to one bowl and mix well.
Start with using half of the plain yoghurt mixture as the first layer. Add half the strawberries and pistachios. Then layer on half the matcha yoghurt.
Repeat the above but keep back half a strawberry and tiny amount of pistachio to top.
Top with these and add a very light dusting of matcha.
