Hi, I’m Eve
I’m a nutritional therapist, health writer and passionate cook with a specialism in gut health and the gut-brain connection. I’m an accredited nutritional therapist and member of the IFM (Institute of Functional Medicine). I also hold a BA in Psychology and currently studying for my MA in Psychotherapy.
I focus on a sustainable and equally empowering approach to overall health and I feel incredibly privileged to have supported thousands of people on their health and wellbeing journey through my clinical practise.
I also understand that the space of nutrition and health can be incredibly confusing and contradictory so through my work I hope to help demystify a lot of misconceptions.
Alongside my practise I’m the author of two books on the subject of gut health – Be Good to your Gut and Happy Gut, Happy Mind and create content such as articles and recipes for high-calibre health brands. I’m also the co-host of the podcast ‘The Wellness Breakdown’.
