Sourdough, ricotta, figs & nigella

Ingredients

  • 2-4 medium-large slices of sourdough bread
  • 100g ricotta
  • 2 or 3 fresh figs, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon nigella seeds
  • Good quality honey to drizzle

Method

Lightly toast the sourdough. Spread with the ricotta and lay the sliced figs on top. Scatter over the nigella seeds and drizzle with honey.
