Ingredients
- 2-4 medium-large slices of sourdough bread
- 100g ricotta
- 2 or 3 fresh figs, sliced
- 1 teaspoon nigella seeds
- Good quality honey to drizzle
Method
Lightly toast the sourdough. Spread with the ricotta and lay the sliced figs on top. Scatter over the nigella seeds and drizzle with honey.
