Lemon Possets

Makes two


  • 125g thick yogurt
  • 40g creme fraiche
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons honey


Mix the yogurt and creme fraiche together to combine. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix evenly.

Transfer to small glasses like an espresso or larger shot glass. Allow to set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Garnish with a small sprig of thyme (optional).
