Apple sauce overnight oats

Serves 1


  • 40g jumbo oats
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 80ml milk of your choice
  • 2-3 tablespoons live natural yogurt, or coconut yogurt for plant-based version
  • 2-3 tablespoons of apple sauce. I used my collab recipe with Cultjar which you can purchase HERE
  • Topping of your choice of nuts and/or seeds. I used pistachios and pecans in this one


Mix the oats, almond butter, chia seeds and cinnamon in a bowl. Add the milk and combine well. Leave in the fridge overnight.

In the morning remove the bowl and add the oats to the bottom of a jar or glass. Layer on the yogurt and then the apple sauce. Top with a generous sprinkling of the nuts and/or seeds.
